Toronto's Getting A Pop-Up Dining Experience You Won't Want To Miss...
As we trudge our way through yet another winter snow storm, navigating TTC delays and all of the industrial greyness that mid winter in the city brings, it can be a challenge to keep the love for urban living alive. Enter next month’s Dinner WIth A View pop up dining experience, and voila flames of adoration fanned and love affair with The Six revived!
This remarkable event combines several of my favourite things - outdoor dining, The Bentway (so crushing on this community driven space), and TERRARIUMS?!! Seriously I am OBSESSED with terrariums, but to eat in one (the geodesic domes are heated, clear and frameless!), - how epic a dining experience must that be?
The Dinner With A View series arrives in Toronto at the end of March and runs until the beginning of May, and features a stunning 3 course, locally sourced meal designed by renowned chef Rene Rodruiguez and - THERE ARE VEGAN OPTIONS! Guests have the opportunity to choose vegan as an entire category (meat and fish are also available) and be treated to Chef Rodruiguez’s culinary inspirations.
“The 30 domes in Toronto and 20 domes in Montreal will be transformed into unique terrariums, each corresponding to a different region of the earth’s terroir: tundra, tropical, grasslands, arid and boreal forest. These extraordinary spaces will be brought to life using live flora, luxurious textiles and elegant illumination.”
If dinner under the stars with your favourite people sounds like an incredible way to celebrate spring (oh it’s coming I promise!) then click here to book tickets. Happy Dining!
