Healthy Pre-Packaged Sauces, Spreads, And Sprinkles That You Have To Try!
I do love making a meal or snack from scratch, but sometimes I just don’t have time to be whipping sauces or blending spices. That’s when I turn to my kitchen arsenal of pre-fab goodness to take pastas, salads, sammies and more from tepid to tantilizing in moments! Check out some of my fave plant-based mother’s little helpers below!
I don’t know who Delicious is, but let’s just say they are aptly named cuz this spread is soooo good! I tried it yesterday warmed over vegan gnocchi (more on that yumminess later!), and loved the taste so much I used the aioli today in my tempeh spinach sandwich. I get the distinct impression that this spread elevates almost anything to artisanal tasting goodness.
I am a big fan of nutritional yeast and vegan parms, but I'm super loving this one as it doesn’t contain any nuts making it school friendly and the perfect addition to my LO’s pasta lunch. The perfect topping for pastas, salads and grain bowls.

If you get the chance to stop by the queen west cafe, make it a must to pick up this delicious dip made of eggplants, garlic, walnuts and parsley - dip it with some house made pita or toss it with some warm pasta for an authentically greek tasting treat.
